The chair of Wiggin & Nourie’s Business Law Group, Erik Barstow focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts and technology licensing, and development agreements. Mr. Barstow also provides counsel to start-up businesses with regard to entity choice and formation, corporate governance and shareholder relations. Mr. Barstow often counsels clients on business principles consistent with corporate social responsibility (CSR).
