Vince has been with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for almost 18 years, serving for the last 8 years as Chief of Planning and Policy and Quality Assurance Manager in the Office of the Commissioner. Vince coordinates many of the department's management and measurement systems. He is is Chair of the Website Editorial Board, is a founding member of the DES Green Team, and manages the department's on-line Suggestion Box. He holds a customized MS in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School and a BS in Natural Resource Management from Cook College - Rutgers University. Vince is Secretary for NH Businesses for Social Responsibility, a member of the American Society for Quality, an assistant soccer coach, and an active volunteer with the Penacook Pack 83 Cub Scouts.
