Vince has been with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) for 21 years. He helped establish the state's first Pollution Prevention (P2) Program, P2 Internship Program with UNH, and the Governor's P2 Award Program. For the last 11 years, he has served as Chief of Planning and Policy and Quality Assurance Manager in the Planning, Prevention & Assistance Unit in the Office of the Commissioner. Vince coordinates many of the department's internal management and measurement systems, including strategic planning, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, grants management, and continuity of operations planning. He is a founding member of the DES Green Team, the DES Wheels Team, and manages the department's on-line Suggestion Box. He holds a customized MS in Resource Management and Administration (a "Green MBA") from Antioch University New England, and a BS in Natural Resource Management from Cook College - Rutgers University. Vince proudly serves as Secretary for NH Businesses for Social Responsibility, as well as a long-standing NHBSR Spring Conference Co-Chair.
