Go On Tour with Host Company New England Wood Pellet

New England Wood Pellet LLC is the largest manufacturer and distributor of renewable, carbon-neutral wood pellet fuel in the northeastern U.S. Founded in 1992 by President and CEO Steve Walker, the company has facilities in Jaffrey NH, Palmer MA and Schuyler NY, and employs 65 people. Our product heats over 45,000 homes. With heating oil and propane hitting record highs this year, we have seen an unprecedented increase in demand for our product. In response, the company is actively seeking new sites for new manufacturing plants. NEWP is also branching out with the start-up of a new company, to be called ProPell Energy, that will sell, install and service large pellet boilers for heating schools, office buildings, hospitals and shopping malls, as well as factories that use process heat.
