All are welcome to register for this mini nature festival\, where Jennifer Ackerman is our keynote speaker and will present on her new book: What an Owl Knows. \nOur Member Celebration & Annual Meeting will take place on September 16\, 2023\, from 10am-4pm. at our Massabesic Center in Auburn. All are welcome to register for this mini nature festival\, which will include a panel discussion focused on the 50 year anniversary of the Endangered Species Act\, a choice of one of four nature-related activities\, lunch provided by Purple Finch Cafe\, and the highlight of our event – Keynote Speaker Jennifer Ackerman. Jennifer will present her new book\, What an Owl Knows\, The New Science of the World’s Most Enigmatic Birds\, and then hang around for a free book signing.
