SUMMARY:Family Friendly Workplaces Policies and Impact
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a presentation on the Child Care\, Business\, and Employer Partnership Project (CCBEP). This one-year research initiative is dedicated to advancing our understanding of the impact of child care access and family-friendly workplace policies on recruitment and retention of the global workforce. Through fostering meaningful cross-sector partnerships and implementing innovative initiatives\, CCBEP aims to bring businesses into NH’s child care expansion efforts and to empower working parents and caregivers to enter or remain in the workforce\, achieve economic stability\, and contribute to the vibrant New Hampshire economy. In this presentation\, we will review the project scope and emerging data\, and share about forthcoming pilot projects.
