di_basecamp_banner.png

In workplaces, diversity, equity, and inclusion can become one more box to check, with statements issued but not followed through with meaningful change. This Basecamp is a place to explore with peers how to make your commitments real and navigate all the opportunities, complexities, and challenges that arise in living these values. This is the place for real conversations and shared learning on what it really takes to do this work.

Dr. S. Atyia Martin, Founder, All Aces

All Aces, Inc. uses the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Transformation (DIET) Framework as an alternative to traditional DEI/D&I consulting and professional development. We are your DIET Partners. Our mission is to activate consciousness, catalyze critical thinking, and transform capabilities that advance racial equity and build resilience in organizations.

Peer-to-Peer Conversations using Open Space

In the spirit of equity, we invite participants to shape this part of the agenda. We'll gather your input on the questions and issues you'd most like to explore with peers. Then, facilitated breakout room sessions will be offered on the topics you suggest. You will get to 'vote with your feet' and join the session you're interested in. This is a great way to meet others with the same interests and questions, and share our learning as a community.
