A DIET for You and Your Organization Participants will experience an engaging session on what a resilient and equitable culture looks like. Dr. Martin will provide knowledge and tools for participants to play an active role in transforming their organization.
Dr. S. Atyia Martin, Founder, All Aces All Aces, Inc. uses the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Transformation (DIET) Framework as an alternative to traditional DEI/D&I consulting and professional development. We are your DIET Partners. Our mission is to activate consciousness, catalyze critical thinking, and transform capabilities that advance racial equity and build resilience in organizations. |
The NH Theatre Project will use live theater to engage participants in the exploration of what's behind difficult workplace interactions around diversity, equity and inclusion in order to spark conversation, connection and transformative collaboration.

Peer-to-Peer Conversations using Open Space In the spirit of equity, we invite participants to shape this part of the agenda. We'll gather your input on the questions and issues you'd most like to explore with peers. Then, facilitated breakout room sessions will be offered on the topics you suggest. You will get to 'vote with your feet' and join the session you're interested in. This is a great way to meet others with the same interests and questions, and share our learning as a community. |
