Overview
NCDE is a Weare, NH-based tax-exempt national nonprofit with a dozen mostly part-time employees and many volunteers. We promote, design, and assist with implementing "systemic digital equity" efforts that address affordable access not only to obvious resources (broadband, devices and tech support) but to less obviously but still vitally needed resources (multilingual tech support and device- and social network-addiction prevention). We support such digital equity not only for its own sake but, wherever possible, in conjunction with efforts to address intergenerational poverty through economic, educational and financial inclusion.
