Vijay Bhujel
Building Community in New Hampshire
Vijay Bhujel is the new deputy director of Building Community in New Hampshire, a nonprofit organization that helps refugees and immigrants navigate their way to safe, healthy, productive, prosperous, and connected lives in New Hampshire. “Vijay will bring to BCNH 11 years of experience working with refugees in New Hampshire. He has done remarkable work for Ascentria Care Alliance in Concord, where he has most recently led its Resettlement and Integration Team. Vijay will allow BCNH to expand its services to meet the needs of refugees coming to New Hampshire and the growing number of communities in which they live,” said Rick Minard, the executive director of BCNH. Bhujel is originally from Bhutan. He spent 22 years in Jhapa Refugee Camp, Nepal, awaiting resettlement before coming to the United States in 2012. Trained in Nepal and India as a math and physics teacher, he started working at Wal-Mart and as a substitute teacher in the Concord School District. He also joined the board of directors of BCNH, when it was still known as the Bhutanese Community of New Hampshire, and served two terms from 2012 through 2016. He joined the staff at Ascentria in 2013 and has served as a community health worker, case manager, and team manager. Bhujel earned a Bachelor in Science in Physics from the University of North Bengal in India. He speaks English, Nepali, Hindi, and Dzongkha. Bhujel lives in Concord with his wife and two adult children.
Heidi Carrington Heath
Seacoast Outright
Heidi is the new Executive Director of Seacoast Outright. Heidi has worked in the LGBTQ+ movement for nearly 20 years. In her position Heidi works with the Seacoast community to continue strong programming, outreach, care, and resources for LGBTQ+ youth, their family, friends, and allies. Outside of work, she shares her life with her spouse, Heath (they/them), and their two cats, Moxie and Windsor. She enjoys reading, live music, gathering people she loves around a table of good food, and enjoying all the Seacoast has to offer. Rev. Heidi is an ordained United Church of Christ minister. She is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and Andover Newton Seminary at Yale Divinity School. She also holds a professional diploma from New York University. Rev. Heidi is a public theologian, spiritual director, and writer. She is passionate about a relevant, 21st Century faith, and public policy. Rev. Heidi believes that God uses the sacred strands of our denominations to call us into community with one another.
Jules Good
Neighborhood Access
Jules Good (they/them) is a queer and multiply-disabled accessibility consultant, disability policy professional, and always-aspiring disability justice practitioner. They are the Founder and Consulting Lead at Neighborhood Access, which has worked with organizations across the country to make spaces and practices more accessible to the disabled community. They are also the Programs Coordinator at the Autistic Self Advocacy Network, a grassroots policy and advocacy nonprofit run by and for autistic people. Prior roles include Assistant Director at Not Dead Yet, Deputy Director of Disability Engagement for Leader Stacey Abrams’ 2022 gubernatorial campaign, and Director of Accessible Communications at Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. Jules holds their Master of Public Policy from UNH and lives with their girlfriend and pet cockatiel, Chompers, in Newmarket, NH.
James McKim

Mr. McKim serves as Managing Partner of Organizational Ignition. He is driven by an intense need to help organizations achieve their peak performance through the alignment of people, business processes, and technology. He is recognized as a thought leader in organizational performance, the use of Neuroscience, and Program Management. Mr. McKim has led organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, FIRST, Hawkeye Data, LLC, and Digital Equipment Corp to deliver award-winning product launch and performance enhancement solutions that increased company efficiency and revenues. Mr. Mckim has, also, played an active role in the shaping of public policy affecting the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Technology industries having served on several boards including the Software Association of New Hampshire, NH PBS, Economic Vitality NH, and the Manchester NAACP.
Rebecca Sanborn
Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions
Rebecca Sanborn, JD is the president and founder of Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, LLC, based in Derry, New Hampshire. Through interactive training and expert consulting, Rebecca helps organizations increase their LGBTQ+ cultural proficiency and ensure they are utilizing best practices for LGBTQ+ diversity, equity, and inclusion. Rebecca is passionate about her work and also brings an element of lived experience to the table, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself—a proud bisexual woman. Prior to founding Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, Rebecca practiced law in New Hampshire for 17 years. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies from Rivier University. In addition, Rebecca holds a number of post-graduate certificates including: Diversity and Inclusion Professional Certificate from Cornell University, Certificate in Advanced Employee Relations from Cornell University, Certificate in College Teaching from the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts (HECCMA), Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Hampshire Division of Professional Development and Training, and Certificate in Training from the Association of Talent Development. Rebecca has also received training from Harvard Medical School on excellence in health care for the LGBTQ+ community. Rebecca is actively involved in the New Hampshire nonprofit sector, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations in her community, as well as the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits DEI Advisory Committee. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading, taking photographs, walking in the woods, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Derry, New Hampshire with her spouse, her mother, and their menagerie of pets.
